got back today and had flowers off mick, he's been in Zante a week today, coming back next sunday. i don't know whether its that he misses me, guilt or just to remind me he exists. blegh. i do still kinda want a boyf, just dont think i want him to be it.

Well everyone better start saving for ID cards cos were well getting them now.
Don't get me wrong, I think whats happened today is a tragedy, its awful people have deied and been injured. The emergency services are doing a fantastic job. But this attack has played right into Tony Blairs, blood stained hands. The reporting of this is shocking. I watched it quite a bit this morning and it was just the same images over and over again; the paramedics putting equipment on their backs, ambulances flying round to get to hospital. This will be another 9/11, images will be encoded into viewers brains, and as soon as Blair mentions the word 'terrorist' these images will come pouring back into our brain, thus winning him public support of the liberty eroding ID cards. But the public will be so frightened of this happening again they'll support it. Its authoritarian populism. You'll be able to follow it unwinding over the next few weeks.
Another things thats so shcking, its nooo where near as bad as the Bali of Madrid bombing, if Al-Quaeda wanted to do some damage they really would have, they have the intelligence to and ability ( see 9/11, madrid, bali). This seems to be an attempt to stop things in London, all fact all the bombs were on public transport system won't be coincidence, it'l be calculated.

Bank holiday weekend chaos. The BBQ i thought was mon, was infact on sunday. me and emma went upto Micks who lives in Eccles. Had a nice afternoon, Neil and the other scousers left to go out in Liverpool, but we all (me, em, mick, liam and john) decided to go into Manchester. Went in corbieres for one then upto printworks, in Henry J Beams.

Just to go back a bit, i first met mick about a year ago when Neil came out in Manc one night and Neil was trying to set me up with him, but i was seeing someone. Then met him again yesterday, neil kept asking me stupid questions cos he was drunk 'mick fancies you, do you fancy him back?' to which i replied, 'how old are you?'. Anyway, we got to Henry's and emma and mick went on a mission for cigs so i stayed in henrys with liam and john (john mmmmm, sexy older bloke) and Liam (who is Micks housemate) was making out that Mick fancied Emma. which i wasnt arsed about and kinda relaxed.

Back in henrys, Mick asked me if just the two of us could go out one time. i said yes and thought that nothing else would happen for the night, we'd kinda arranged a date, phone number swapping sesh at end of night followed by possibly a kiss.

went back to ems some how ended up pulling mick then woke up with him monday morning. only problem now is dunno if neil knows, he was phoning us both at about 2.30am, but we were both busy ;p, i dont wanna tell neil, not sure if Mick will. spoke to neil last night and he didnt say anything about it ah well

After mick and Liam left me and emma came back up here and sarah and laura came round and we had a veggie BBQ, was v nice. girly nights are the way forward!
